We had an incredible turnout at the GEAR UP Kickoff Meeting, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities ahead for our students! This grant will follow them all the way until they graduate from WHS! 🎓
The K20 Center has only just begun sharing all the benefits of this grant. So far, students have already been on two college tours, and there’s so much more in store!
One exciting project in the works is a multi-media room that will allow
students to explore video production, livestreaming, and even podcasting. 🎥🎙️ And guess what? All the funding (and it’s a lot!) to make this dream space a reality is provided by the GEAR UP FOR LIFE GRANT! 💰

This opportunity gave them a firsthand look at college life, inspiring big dreams for their future. From exploring campus to engaging in hands-on activities, our students are excited about what lies ahead!
