Out of 40 students and 8 teams competing, we are thrilled to share that Caden Lindsey achieved 1st place in the Carrier Qualification and 2nd place in Mind Sweeper! 🏆
Our team also placed 3rd in the Lap Race event. Huge congratulations to all the students who represented us so well! We are so proud of their hard work, skill, and determination.

We had a fun evening of challenging questions, delicious pizza, and great company! Your support helps the team continue to succeed in their competitions. Check out one of our amazing Entrepreneur Groups: Six Preps! These talented students have been hard at work designing and making their own business t-shirts. They came up with the design, crafted the shirts themselves, and are already making waves with their creativity!
Their business? Bracelets! 💫 These young entrepreneurs are putting their skills to work, creating beautiful bracelets and learning all about what it takes to run a business.

🎒 Send Drugs Packing! (Anything But a Backpack Day) 🧳
Our high school students went all out for “Send Drugs Packing” today, and they sure got creative! From shopping carts to laundry baskets, bags and buckets to suitcases, they found some wild ways to carry their books — but it was all for a great cause. 💪
This fun twist on “Anything But a Backpack Day” is part of our effort to raise awareness about the dangers of drugs and encourage a positive, drug-free lifestyle.
We’re proud of our students for showing their school spirit while spreading such an important message. 👏💙

📣 Tiny Paws Halftime Performance Tonight! 🐾 Our amazing cheerleaders hosted the Tiny Paws Cheer Clinic yesterday, teaching future cheer stars some awesome moves! 🎉 Join us at the football game tonight to watch these little ones shine during the halftime performance! Come out and support our cheerleaders and Tiny Paws as they bring spirit and excitement to the field. See you at the game! 🏈📣

We had an incredible turnout at the GEAR UP Kickoff Meeting, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunities ahead for our students! This grant will follow them all the way until they graduate from WHS! 🎓
The K20 Center has only just begun sharing all the benefits of this grant. So far, students have already been on two college tours, and there’s so much more in store!
One exciting project in the works is a multi-media room that will allow
students to explore video production, livestreaming, and even podcasting. 🎥🎙️ And guess what? All the funding (and it’s a lot!) to make this dream space a reality is provided by the GEAR UP FOR LIFE GRANT! 💰
