Bulldog

Bulldog Summer Pride is a strength, agility, and fitness program that will be provided FREE of charge to Wagoner students.  The program will begin on June 7th and run through July 22nd.  The workouts will be Monday through Thursday for the duration of the six weeks.  (We will take off June 26-July 4 for the “DEAD PERIOD”) The program is for male and female students going into grades 7-12.  The workout schedule for different groups is listed below.  The workouts will be age-sensitive.  The goal is to make our young athletes healthier, more aware of good nutrition, and in better condition.  

This will be a highly organized work program.  Only enroll if you are serious about improving!

WORKOUT SCHEDULE

High School Boys  (Grades 9-12): 9:00am-10:15am

Junior High Boys (7-8 grades): 10:30am-11:45am

All Girls (Grades 7-12): 10:30am-11:45am

* In order to enroll you must have a form completed, signed, and returned to Coach Condict before participating.  If you have any questions, you can contact the Wagoner Athletic Department at (918) 485-4518.  Forms have been distributed to students, and are also available in the Athletic Office at the high school or the front office at Wagoner Middle School.
