Instructional coaches partner with teachers to help them improve teaching and learning so students are more successful. Coaches collaborate with teachers to identify goals and pick teaching strategies to meet those goals. They serve as mentors and role models, helping teachers stay fresh and use the latest techniques and technologies in their classrooms. To put it simply… instructional coaching makes it easier for teachers to meet the needs of their students.
