JOM and Title VI Meeting Dates

Title VI and the Johnson O’Malley program at Wagoner public schools can help

Native American students with:

Cap and gown for seniors

Students can bring their receipt for cap and gown to be reimbursed.

Receipts can be emailed to pwisdom@wagonerps.org or be turned into

administration building with attention to - JOM. These must be turned in by

May 1st.

ACT tests - For grades 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th

Students must sign up and pay for the ACT. Then email the receipt and

the scores with the ACT score on it to pwisdom@wagonerps.org.

Students will be issued a check for $50 to help pay for the ACT. This

only covers the ACT and not the writing portion of the test. Jom will pay

for two test fees a year.

Letterman or FFA jackets

Students can bring in a receipt and get a $40 check to help cover the

cost. Students must also have a print out of their current report card.

Students must have A’s and B’s to get help with letterman jackets. Turn in

receipt and report card to administration building with attention to - JOM.

Instrument fee for band

This is for grades 9th through 12th. Students will have to pay their

$50 instrument fee and then turn in their receipt to get reimbursed.

School supplies

Supplies will be given out at the beginning of each school year.

Students must be on our JOM list or provide a copy of their citizenship card

to be able to get supplies. Anyone can pick up the supplies as long as they

have a copy of the card.

Help with summer camps

Students can bring a receipt for up to $40 a year for any sport, music, or

art camp. No church camps. All receipts must have the student's name on it

and be turned into the administration building with attention to - Indian

education on it.

All receipts must be turned in by May 1st. So if your child is attending

camp after that date, then pay and get a receipt early.

Fees to approved native conferences

All JOM funds for students are to be paid for by the parents and then the receipt

turned into the administration building with attention to - JOM on it. A check will

then be issued for reimbursement. Only approved items can be reimbursed. We

can not pay on receipts from the previous school year.
