Drug Testing Info For Extracurricular Activities

The Drug Testing date that was scheduled for this Saturday July 16 has been rescheduled. The next scheduled Drug Testing dates are Aug. 2 from 8-1130 for Boys and 12:00 - 3:00 for girls and August 13 from 8:00-12:00 . At the Hughes Event Center. Any Student grades 7-12 that participates in any extra curricular activity such as Athletics, Band, Drama, Vocal, any clubs etc. must have a Drug test according to the BOE District policy. The cost for the Drug test is $25.00. If you have any questions please call the Wagoner Athletic office at 485-4518.
The Wagoner Community Hospital is sponsoring free Physicals on August 2 for all students from grades 7-12 who plan on participating in Athletics. All students must have a physical before they will be allowed to participate. The physicals will be for Boys from 8:30-11:30 and for Girls 12:00-3:00. The Caring Van will be available on this day to offer free immunizations for school age students. A DTP Booster is required for all students entering the 7th grade. If your student does not have a physical thru the Wagoner Community Hospital then they must have one from their primary doctor. A OSSAA form must be used.You can pick these forms up from the Athletic Office 300 Bulldog Circle, 918-485-4518.
